Oh we forgot to clean your house! According to the manager in Lake Tahoe. We arrived to a decent home from the outside, not so on the inside. Upon checking in at 4 PM the home was not even cleaned!! When finanly got a response from the manager around 5 PM who said they would send over a cleaning team, no apology what so ever. The cleaning company arrived at 6:30 to start cleaning a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. I again called with no answer. We returned after a quick fast-food dinner at 7:15 and gues what, the cleaners were packing up and leaving saying the home was clean, again no sorry. They cleaned the home in about 45 minutes! How clean can it be?
Nope, we left. We are in the process of trying to get a refund.

Our house in South Tahoe was not exactly how described in their VRBO listing which was disappointing after paying $1200. When we called to discuss this they told me the area manager would contact me, this never took place. We did have issues with a few amenities in the kitchen not working so again I called, I was not expecting a call back since the manger did not return our first call. They are pretty good at ghosting, I expected a more after paying $1200. It makes me wonder if the homeowner knows what’s going on? It was a nice home but only 3 stars because of management.
