Before you submit
A few helpful answers.
Is a basic listing really free?
Yes. You can request a basic listing without purchasing an upgrade. Publication depends on relevance, review and a suitable place on the site. Paid options are separate and optional.
Does submitting guarantee my business will appear?
No. We review submissions and may request clarification, suggest another option or decline a request. A submission does not reserve a position or create a publication deadline.
Will I appear on every guide or map?
No. Placement depends on the business, page topic and supported features. Inclusion in one area does not automatically add a business to every page or map.
Does sponsorship mean my business is recommended above others?
Sponsorship provides the paid visibility agreed in your proposal. It does not purchase a favorable customer review or control unrelated editorial coverage. Paid relationships are identified as applicable.
Can I submit photos or update my hours?
Use the form to describe what you want to add or correct. Send only images you own or have permission to publish, and include the listing URL for updates. Let us know when hours, services or seasonal operations change.
Do listings guarantee bookings, customers or SEO results?
No. Listings offer another place for people to learn about your business. Results depend on demand, your offering and other factors. Specific paid deliverables are agreed in writing.
