I’m leaving this review as a past home owner who used this service. Not a guest, but I can say my guests were never happy – One of the reasons why I left. These are the others.
1. Charged me $300 of extra garbage pick up. I have garbage service which it could have been left in my bear box. The extra garbage seems to be a main charge for them.
2. Local team would never respond to my guests. I received tons of 2 and 3 stars based on host communication that I now have to try to get removed or fight to have something mentioned that I have a new management company.
3. They NEVER inspected after guests left. I expected some wear and tear but nothing like i’m repairing now.
4. Felt like I was charged several different fees from supplies to credit card fees.
I’d really dig into this company if you’re planning on doing business with them.
