Thank you, Vacasa. A beautiful stay and clean home. We found this company after booking with Grand Welcome and that home was not cleaned. The booking process with Vacasa was easy, we received our check in information right away.

Recently booked a nice stay in South Lake Tahoe and used Vacasa for the first time. When we arrived we had a small problem with the elock code not working, we also did not really like the that the code was 10 numbers. The nice manager was able to get us into the home and showed us how to make a shorter code on the lock. Thank you for that.
The home itself was clean and everyting was stocked in the kitchen wich made things nice as we planned to cook dinners! Pots and pans appeared new or they were just well taken care of. We enjoyed the deck and BBQ one evening, nice to have a clean BBQ.
Layout of our home was nice. Pricing was great due to off season. I highly recommend using Vacasa. We will return for sure. Thank you
